Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and fair. Sibyl is prepaid and pay-as-you-go — you are never locked in, and you can never be charged unexpectedly.
1. There is no subscription
Sibyl has no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. You buy credits once, and they are used only when you actually call. If you never call again, you are never charged again. You can stop using Sibyl at any time.
2. Try before you pay
Every new account gets 3 free minutes, with no card required, so you can hear exactly what you're buying before you spend anything.
3. Unused credits
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us and we'll refund the unused balance to your original payment method — no reason needed. After 14 days, unused credits remain on your account for you to use, and we'll still consider refund requests case by case.
4. Minutes you've already used
Minutes already spoken with Sibyl are non-refundable, because the service was delivered. Readings are for entertainment; we cannot refund a reading because you disliked or disagreed with what was said.
5. If something goes wrong technically
We refund technical failures — that's on us, not you:
- If a call drops or fails for a technical reason on our side, unused time is automatically returned to your balance.
- If audio was broken or Sibyl was unresponsive, email us and we'll credit or refund those minutes.
- If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it and refund the difference.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@callsibyl.com from your account email address, telling us what happened. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If you don't recognise a charge, email us and we'll look into it immediately.
8. Account closure
You can ask us to close your account at any time and we'll delete your data (see our Privacy Policy). If you still have unused credits when you close your account, tell us and we'll refund them.
