1. Who we are

Sibyl (“Sibyl”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by Vantar Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These Terms govern your use of callsibyl.com and the Sibyl voice service. By using Sibyl, you agree to them.

2. What Sibyl is — and is not

Sibyl is an artificial-intelligence entertainment service. You speak with an AI voice that interprets astrological data computed from birth details you provide.

Sibyl is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings are not facts, predictions, or professional advice of any kind. Sibyl is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional service, and must never be relied upon for such decisions. You are solely responsible for any action you take. You are speaking with an AI, not a human astrologer or advisor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Sibyl is not intended for children. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit paid fortune-telling or divination services; you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live, and we may refuse or discontinue service in any jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You sign in with your email address; keep access to it secure.
Provide accurate information. One account per person.
Don't share, sell, or transfer your account or credits.
You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Free minutes, credits and pricing

New accounts receive 3 free minutes, once, per person.
After that, calls are charged at $0.99 per minute of connected call time, drawn from prepaid credits. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Credits are purchased in packs, are prepaid, and are metered per second while a call is connected.
When your balance reaches zero, the call ends. We never charge you for time you have not paid for.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are usable only on Sibyl.
Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes never affect credits already purchased.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Sibyl for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent.
Attempt to access other users' data, or to probe, scrape, or automate access to the service.
Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or manipulate the underlying AI system or its instructions.
Resell, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit readings or the service.
Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free minutes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. AI processing and your readings

Calls are processed in real time by third-party AI and communications providers. A written record of your reading is stored so Sibyl can remember you in future calls. You can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Sibyl will decline medical, legal, financial and safety questions, and will not predict death, illness, or legal outcomes.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Sibyl available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. If a call fails for technical reasons, see our refund policy.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, branding, and content are owned by Vantar Group LLC. You keep ownership of the information you provide. You may use your readings for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that readings will produce any outcome. Astrology is not scientifically validated and Sibyl makes no claim that it is.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantar Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sibyl and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Unused credits at the time of a termination not caused by your breach will be refunded on request.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
